3mm ALUMINIUM TRAY SIGNS

When your sign project demands something with a little more presence, an aluminium sign tray is an affordable and attractive option.

Tray signs are manufactured to order using the latest folding technology.

Tray signs with welded and dressed corners are available for next day despatch (mill finish).

Trays can also be supplied powder-coated to most standard RAL or BS colours.

As all our sign trays are manufactured from 3mm thick aluminium, one-piece trays require no additional strengthening. When used in conjunction with aluminium angle wall fitted tray signs stand proud of the mounting surface and will have no visible face fixings.

Tray signs can also be post mounted using clip extrusion or with threaded inserts to create a 'Plaza' sign.

Where the length or height of a tray sign is greater than the largest master aluminium sheet size available tray signs can be manufactured in multiples (typically for wide shop fronts and garage forecourts etc).

In these applications anti flex plates are fitted to the joints of adjoining trays to assist alignment and to reduce surface flexing. There are no limits to the number of trays that can be linked together.

If you have special requirements such as differing return sizes or unequal face lengths these are all available without premium costs.

We appreciate there are sometimes fixed obstructions that need to be bridged or worked around when installing a customers sign (typically down pipes, cabling or ducting). We can accommodate these by cutting a variety of aperture shapes in the return edges.

For a greater visual impact why not combine two or more trays of different shapes. To further enhance the three-dimensional effect of tray signs why not combine trays of differing depths. Perhaps you might consider arranging a number of single trays in a layout to mirror a customer's logo.
