Aluminium panels can be supplied mill finish for your own face finishing or with any one of our 24 vinyl laminate colours, including reflective finishes.

All our panels are manufactured from 3mm aluminium and are powder coated grey on the rear to combat the staining of walls and building fascias.

Aluminium panels are available with square or radius corners, the sizes of standard radius corners are: - 10, 12, 20, 25, 38 and 50mm. Flat panels can be pre-punched for screw fixing (normally 5.5mm to pass a number 10 screw. Other sizes also available).

Panels can also be supplied powder coated to most standard RAL or BS colours.

Where larger flat panels are required, this can be achieved by fitting multiple single sheets of flat aluminium together.

As with single panel signs, multiple panels can be supplied mill finish, powder coated* or laminated.

*Powder coated products may in some circumstances require fixing holes to allow suspending during the coating process.

Probably the lowest cost and most user friendly sign system in the UK at the moment is without doubt the Plate & Post system. Manufactured using 11swg aluminium, available in almost any size with hundreds of colours and shapes available there is bound to be something to suit your needs. Sign Blanks are supplied with factory fitted Bolhoff fitted Clip Extrusion, which leaves the sign face free of protruding rivets or blemishes. Available in any of our 24 standard vinyl laminates all of our Plate & Post Signs are available for next day dispatch.

If something a little different is required we can Powder Coat panels and most posts to most RAL or BS colours or if a colour match is required we can Wet Coat to a recognised colour reference or to a sample.

All Plate & Post systems, whether coated in a vinyl laminate, Powder or Wet coated will have a coating to the rear of the sign blank in order to prevent oxidisation of the panels. When a vinyl laminate is applied the rear of the blanks will be Grey, which will match the colour of the Posts. Grey Clips are even available for sign systems that are visible from the rear. When sign blanks are either Powder or Wet coated the rear of the sign and posts can be coated to the same colour. If this is not required the rear of the blank and the posts will be coated in the standard Grey.

We offer a wide range of signposts in either a circular profile or in a square profile. With our state of the art wind loading system, based on the department of transport data, we are able to calculate the number and diameter of posts required for any installations in seconds. We can also advise on which permutations of posts and posts sizes will satisfy the particular wind loading calculation for your sign assembly

Using a shaped sign blank can make an enormous aesthetic contribution to your sign design.

This gives you the option of a shaped panel, incorporate a projecting logo or company slogan.

Use a shaped panel to allow your sign to complement it's surroundings.

Shaped sign blanks are available next day despatch in mill finish or laminated finishes.

Shaped panels can also be supplied with clip extrusion for post mounting, as well as in 'Plaza' and 'AS760' styles.

Finishes available - Laminated # (24 colours available), mill finish or powder coated* to most standard RAL or BS colours.

Almost any size of sign blank can be produced using the plate and channel system.

Large blanks are manufactured by splitting the sign into modules and using an interlocking clip extrusion to 'stack' the sign panel.

This system allows for easier laying up of text, easier transportation to site and greatly reduced installation costs, due to the fact that the use of cranes or other mechanical lifting is no longer required.
