Premier Grade 610 European-manufactured high quality supported PVC which is both UV and fire retarded. A superior quality material suitable for external and large-format banners, which is strong, safe and long-lasting. Widths up to 2400mm available without a join. Suitable for graphics application by cut vinyl, screen print or signwriting. White Double-sided Banners White Double-sided Banners are made from TOTAL BLOCK PVC, an opaque 700gsm PVC with a double-sided graphics quality finish. Coloured Double-sided Banners We can advise a range of options depending on your requirements. Economy 435gsm matt-finish unsupported PVC, perfectly suited to internal and short-term use.





The colours shown on this website are an onscreen representation and may vary slightly from the finished PVC. All of our banner grade materials are available in one handy swatch book for quick reference and colour matching. Please contact us for a copy. We also supply banner grade PVC in an extensive range of colours, but sometimes you may require a perfect Pantone reg; match to ensure an exact representation of corporate identity. Our Pantone reg; matching service means that you can now have a banner in any colour you wish. Banners are spray-coated before formats to ensure even colour and 100% coverage.

In addition to standard finishing, we offer the flexibility and technical competence to manufacture many shapes of banners to suit your purpose and your location. Pockets can be designed to work with any diameter of pole - our standard pockets will accept any pole up to 50mm.

	Wind Vents Wind vents help to diffuse pressure exerted on external banners by the wind. Die-cut into the face of the banner with anti-rip finishing to the end of each vent, wind vents can be added to any banner but are particularly suitable for double-sided applications. Banners need to be able to withstand everything that the weather can throw at them. Our finishing techniques have been developed over the years to give maximum strength and durability. Talk to us about where your banner will be used and we will advise what finishing is appropriate.
